Description
The Classic 'Range Rover' V8 engine table finished in chrome powdering coating with anodised blood red affect to the tops of the pistons, con rods and feet. This gives the table an amazing colour and goes amazing with red lights.
This is a classic Engine Block Table built from the Buick derived Rover V8 engine. This engine is found in a wide variety of cars including Range Rovers and TVR's plus many others.
Glass measures 650mm x 750mm with polished edges and radius corners. (Safety glass – strengthened and toughened to a EN12000 1C1)
Glass is secured to the engine via suction, guarantee the glass cannot be knocked off.
Overall height of the table is 440mm.
Specially made feet a protective bottom to protect flooring from any marks.(Feet can be removed if not to your taste)
8 wine bottles able to be placed into the piston bores for display.
The weight of the table is approx. 27kg (easily managed by two people)

This engine is well known as the ‘Rover V8’ within the motoring community. This engine design began its life in 1960 as a Buick 215 to be sold in the American market, during its production run it found itself fitted to Oldsmobile’s, Pontiacs. In 1965 Rover finalised a deal with General Motors to purchase the engine, where during a long production run of 40 years this engine was fitted to various Rover Models, Morgan +8, MGB, Triumph, Land Rover, Range Rover, MGB, and TVR. This engine is well known as bulletproof and still used in motorsports to this day.
